Naxos Island offers a wide range of accommodation for all needs and budget. Accommodation includes simple units, complexes, on te beach, in the caslte area of Naxos Town, in suberbs of the town, agrotourism units where you can visit the orchard or the farm and pick up your own products. Naxos Town (or Hora) is the capital of the Island. Both Hora and Saint George (Agios Georgios) beach attract most of the visitors. Agios Prokopios is on the way to the south and it is also a very popular resort. Agia Anna is further south from Agios Prokopios. Plaka beach is next to Agia Anna. Kastraki is a well known lovely resort resort and it can be the centre for excursions to the nearby beaches (Mikri Vigla, Pyrgaki, Aliko, Agiassos). North to Naxos Town, Galini and Engares Valley offer tranquility and very special accommodation, newly built traditional studios and apartments and maisonette villas with private swimming pool.

Naxos Town Hotels
Most of the offered accommodation in the island is located in and around Naxos Town. Naxos Town can be divided into three areas. Old Town - Castle area where cars and bikes are banned, Saint George area and Saint George Beach and the rest of the town. Castle area is very special, it is a Venetian citadel and accommodation there offers excellent view to the castle, to Palatia islet and to the sea. Saint George is a beach resort 5 minutes walk to Naxos Town seafront. Accommodation in the rest of the town is also excellent, Grotta area offers magic unique sunset view. Court Square area is very convenient point -in between the beach and the sea front, 2 minutes walk to the beach and 2 minutes walk to the seafront. There are also quiet a few, high rated, recently built hotels and studios at the southern area of the town -bottom part on the map.
