It takes 3.5 hours for a Highspeed (Catamaran) from Piraeus to Naxos while sailing time with a ferry is 5-6 hours.
There are also 1-2 flights from Athens International Airport (Eleftherios Venizelos) and flight time is just 35 minutes.
